Articles of Incorporation

Jesus Christ Ministry LLC

Article I – Name

The name of this organization shall be Jesus Christ Ministry LLC.

Article II – Purpose

This ministry is organized exclusively for religious, charitable, and educational purposes including but not limited to:

Preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Conducting worship services, prayer gatherings, and ministry outreach
Providing spiritual guidance and discipleship
Supporting humanitarian and charitable works
Training and ordaining ministers of the Gospel

The ministry shall operate in accordance with biblical principles and the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Article III – Nonprofit Nature

Jesus Christ Ministry LLC shall operate as a nonprofit religious ministry.
No part of the net earnings shall benefit any private individual except for reasonable compensation for services rendered.

Article IV – Founder

The Founder of this ministry is:

Minister Crystal Lashelle Lax

The Founder shall establish the original doctrine, mission, and spiritual direction of the ministry.

Article V – Board of Directors

The ministry shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of no fewer than three (3) members.

Responsibilities include:

Oversight of finances
Compliance with laws
Protecting the mission of the ministry
Approving major ministry decisions

Article VI – Dissolution

Upon dissolution of the ministry, all remaining assets shall be distributed to another nonprofit religious organization with similar purposes.

Article VII – Amendments

These Articles may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors.

Operating Agreement

Purpose

This Operating Agreement governs the internal operations of Jesus Christ Ministry LLC.

Membership

Members of the ministry are individuals who:

Accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
Agree to the ministry doctrine and code of conduct

Membership does not require a mandatory financial contribution.

Governance

The ministry shall operate under:

Founder leadership
Board of Directors oversight

Financial Stewardship

The ministry teaches biblical giving principles including:

Tithes (10%)
Offerings
Free-will giving

The ministry shall not require a specific amount beyond biblical teaching.

Meetings

Children Protection Policy

Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and care of their children while attending ministry events.

The ministry will:

Provide a safe environment
Encourage parental involvement
Report any suspected abuse according to law

The ministry does not assume legal guardianship of children.

Financial Policy
