Article I – Name
The official name of this organization shall be Jesus Christ Ministry LLC.
Article II – Founder
This ministry was founded by Minister Crystal Lashelle Lax for the purpose of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving the community through outreach and evangelism.
Article III – Mission
The mission of this ministry is to:
Preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Conduct homeless street outreach
Win souls for Christ
Provide spiritual guidance and biblical teaching
Serve the needs of the community through faith-based outreach
Article IV – Statement of Faith
We believe:
The Bible is the inspired Word of God
Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Savior of the world
Salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ
Jesus died on the cross and rose again for the forgiveness of sins
Article V – Leadership
The ministry shall be led by the Founder:
Minister Crystal Lashelle Lax
The Founder has authority over:
Ministry programs
Outreach initiatives
Financial decisions
Appointment of ministry volunteers
Article VI – Donations
All donations received shall be used exclusively to support the mission, outreach activities, and operational needs of the ministry.
Article VII – Amendments
This constitution may be amended by the Founder when necessary to support the mission and operation of the ministry.
